We present the first version of the Musicjockey App.
1. Musicjockey is a location-based social networking platform and music navigator for party-goers.
As a party-goer you find your favorite clubs and discos around you. You get detailed information about the clubs and the music which is played there. You can check-in at the club to tell others you are there. You will be informed about the check-ins of your friends and others.
2. Musicjockey will be a promotion and self publishing platform for artists, DJs and others performing in clubs or discos.
DJs (we call them MJs) will receive the opportunity to inform their fans about their next performance. The more fans a MJ can inform via Musicjockey the more interesting a MJ is for a club (for bookings).
3. Musicjockey is an innovative MJ mix player.
Each time you visit a participating club you have the opportunity to download the mix of the party into the Musicjockey app. To enable the download you simply have to request it in the app while you are near the club. After the download you can use the integrated MJ mix player to play the mix on your smart phone. The music segmentation software splits the mix automatically into sections of different mix style. This innovative technology and the new player design allow you to navigate easily even thru long play mixes.
